SENCO-FIRM FOUNDATION was established after discovering that many people can attain their dreams with little information, motivation, empowerment on how to find opportunities where they are.

We, the founders have been victims where we wasted a lot of time due to lack of information on how to build and develop our careers, amidst the great talents and education we had.

In Uganda, the educated and non-educated suffer the same way because they are not able to create opportunities, which is a requirement in this global changing world, but rather wait to be assimilated in existing formal initiatives.

Our main concern is seeing a holistically empowered youth being able to create knowledge with a vision, work through partnerships, exploit the existing environment and work with resilience.
